We Offer Revolution Of Industrial Engineering

ELECTRICAL WORKS

What We Actually Do Here in Musaffah

Been fixing electrical problems in Abu Dhabi since way back when this place was mostly sand and a few buildings. Your facility loses power, production stops, people get upset – we get that. Our electrical team works out of Mussafah because that’s where most of the real industrial action happens anyway.

Thing is, electrical systems here break differently than other places. The heat fries components, sand gets into everything, and humidity corrodes connections. We learned this stuff the hard way – through years of getting calls at 2am because someone’s main panel died or their generator won’t start when the power goes out.

What makes us different? We actually answer our phones. We stock parts that work in this climate. Our guys have been doing electrical work in Abu Dhabi long enough to know what’s gonna fail before it fails. From emergency repairs to big installations, we handle all the electrical stuff your facility needs to keep running.

High-Voltage Switchgear Installation and Maintenance

Your main switchgear goes down, everything stops. We’re talking about the big electrical panels that distribute power throughout your facility – the stuff that costs serious money when it breaks. Been installing and maintaining these systems since most of the industrial area was still being built.

High-voltage switchgear here deals with 1kV up to 36kV, depending on your setup. We work with SF6 breakers, vacuum contactors, all the protection relays that keep things from burning down when something goes wrong. The thing about switchgear in Abu Dhabi – the heat kills it slowly, then all at once. Sand gets into cooling systems, contacts start arcing, and before you know it, you’re looking at weeks of downtime.

Our maintenance includes thermal imaging (finds hot spots before they become problems), insulation testing, and calibrating all the protection systems. When your switchgear does fail – and it will – we carry the right parts and know how to get you back online fast. Emergency repairs are usually the same day if we can get to you.

Motor Control Center (MCC) Panel Fabrication and Repair

MCC panels control all your motors – pumps, fans, conveyors, whatever makes your facility actually work. We build these panels in our Mussafah workshop because buying them ready-made usually means waiting months and paying double.

Custom fabrication means we can build exactly what you need. Variable frequency drives for speed control, soft starters to prevent damage when motors kick on, and smart protection systems that actually work in this environment. We use contactors and overloads rated for the heat here – standard components last maybe six months before they start giving trouble.

Repair work includes replacing contactors (they burn out regularly), recalibrating overload relays, and fixing control circuits that get weird when humidity spikes. Keep spare contactors on hand – trust me on this one. When your MCC starts acting up, usually it’s something simple but you need someone who knows what they’re looking at.

Power Distribution System Upgrades and Load Studies

Adding new equipment? Expanding your facility? Better make sure your electrical system can handle it. We do the engineering work to figure out if your current setup will work or if you need upgrades. Load studies, short circuit analysis, all that technical stuff that prevents expensive surprises.

Power distribution upgrades include new transformers, bigger distribution panels, and power monitoring systems that tell you what’s actually happening with your electricity. We also do arc flash studies – basically figuring out how dangerous your electrical equipment is and what safety gear people need when working on it.

Energy audits usually find ways to cut your electrical bills. Bad power factor costs money every month, old motors waste electricity, lighting upgrades pay for themselves. Most facilities here could save 20-30% on electrical costs with the right improvements.

Industrial Cable Tray Installation and Management

Cable management sounds boring, but it’s actually important. Messy cable installations fail more often, are harder to troubleshoot, and don’t meet inspection requirements. We install cable trays – the metal structures that hold all your power and control cables organized.

Different types for different applications. Perforated trays for heat dissipation, ladder trays for heavy cables, and solid bottom trays when you need weather protection. Fire-rated installations for areas where codes require it. Cable pulling services when you need new circuits run.

Good cable management also means proper labeling, separation between power and control circuits, and leaving room for future expansion. EMI protection for sensitive equipment. The goal is making everything accessible for maintenance while keeping it protected from the environment.

Emergency Generator Installation and Testing

When the main power goes out, your generator better start. We install backup generators from small 20kVA units up to big 2000kVA systems that can run entire facilities. Diesel generators work best here – natural gas infrastructure isn’t reliable everywhere yet.

Generator systems include automatic transfer switches (switches power sources when needed), fuel management, battery systems for starting, and remote monitoring so you know if something’s wrong. Monthly testing to make sure everything works when you actually need it.

Maintenance includes fuel system service, oil changes, coolant system checks, and battery replacement. Load bank testing annually to verify the generator can actually carry your full electrical load. Fuel quality testing because diesel degrades in storage, especially in this heat.

PLC Programming and Control System Integration

Modern facilities run on automation – PLCs (programmable logic controllers) that control processes, monitor equipment, and integrate with facility management systems. We program Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider systems depending on what you’re already using.

Control system development includes process control logic, operator interfaces (HMIs), data collection for monitoring and reporting. Safety interlocks to prevent damage when things go wrong. Remote monitoring capabilities so you can see what’s happening from anywhere.

System integration connects your automation to existing facility systems. Upgrading old relay-based controls to modern PLC systems. Adding remote monitoring to equipment that didn’t have it before. Training your operators on new systems.

Hazardous Area (EX-rated) Electrical Installations

Oil, gas, and chemical facilities need special electrical equipment rated for explosive atmospheres. Zone 1 and Zone 2 installations using ATEX-certified equipment. Flameproof enclosures, intrinsically safe circuits, purged systems – different approaches for different hazard levels.

Installation requires understanding gas groups, temperature classes, and proper certification. Equipment inspection and maintenance to keep certifications valid. Documentation for regulatory compliance – ADNOC facilities are especially strict about this.

Emergency repairs in hazardous areas need certified technicians with proper training and equipment. Hot work permits, gas monitoring, and all the safety procedures that keep everyone alive. Not something you want amateurs working on.

Power Factor Correction and Energy Efficiency Upgrades

Poor power factor costs money every month in reactive power charges. Power factor correction using capacitor banks, harmonic filters, and active correction systems brings your power factor back up and reduces electrical costs.

Energy efficiency upgrades include LED lighting conversions, high-efficiency motors, and power monitoring systems that show where you’re wasting energy. Variable frequency drives on pumps and fans – usually pay for themselves in a year or two.

Power quality analysis finds problems that damage equipment. Harmonic distortion, voltage fluctuations, frequency variations – all stuff that makes equipment fail prematurely. Power monitoring gives you data to optimize your electrical systems.

All our electrical work includes a 5-year warranty, municipality approvals, and emergency support. Call +971 2 5557842 for same-day service in Mussafah, ICAD, and all Abu Dhabi industrial areas.
